The projects here were all built by Gino Mazzaferro of ICMC and designed by the architect listed with each project.  Gino has been providing general contracting and estimating services on the Vineyard for over thirty years.  He has built over 20 houses on the Vineyard and was the Construction Supervisor for the West Tisbury Library as well as for the Multi-Purpose Building for the Wampanoag Tribe in Aquinnah.

Gino also consults on various matters relating to the construction of homes on the Vineyard, providing construction management,  Owner’s Rep services, and construction estimates for select clients.

He is the Assistant Building Inspector in Edgartown and has an extensive knowledge of the Building Code as well as construction methods and materials for energy-efficient construction.
