For Existing houses:
consultation on ways to improve your current house's performance;
recommendations for strategies to improve the envelope and interior energy uses; referrals to island contractors who can implement the recommended strategies.

For New houses
consultation during design and planning phases to determine the best energy strategies;
analysis and comparison of how different approaches will impact the project's energy performance, upfront and operating costs;
On-site consulting and inspections to ensure proper implementation of recommended strategies;
systematic testing of the envelope and various components to ensure that the final product has achieved the design goals.
